I am a visionary educator, mentor, and system‑builder who creates the regulated environments where children and teams can thrive. In this third act of my career, my PhD has become a lived practice — shaping how I cultivate restorative spaces for youth and young adults, attune to trauma and emotion, and steady organizations through nearly two decades of governance, planning, and principled leadership. My work is rooted in sanctuary as pedagogy: the belief that safety, presence, and emotional regulation are the most powerful teachers, and that environments transform when I show up grounded, attuned, and intentional.
